“Stay Positive”

There maybe days when you get up in the morning and things aren’t the way you had hope they would be. That’s when you have to tell yourself that things will get better  I will think positive though it all. There are times when people will let you down, but those are the times you must remain positive and trust your own judgment and heart to keep your life focused and believe in yourself. There will be challenge you face and changes you make in your life it is up to you to accept them, constantly keep yourself headed in a positive direction for yourself it may not be easy at times to thinking positive however you will find a stronger sense of who you are. So when the days come that are filled with frustration, negativity and unexpected then you will be able to uplift yourself with those positive thoughts  that come to mind, every great accomplishment have been the results of your positive steps taking by you don’t ever forget you have greatness within you, everyone is capable of thinking positive so start today. Surround yourself with people on the same mission as you elevate yourself. Stay away from negative people that concentrate on sadness, bringing others down and joy-snatchers now your on your way to changing your life for the better no matter what stay positive!

  1. Positive thoughts help make stress intermittent by focusing your brain’s attention onto something that is completely stress-free. You have to give your wandering brain a little help by consciously selecting something positive to think about. Any positive thought will do to refocus your attention. When things are going well, and your mood is good, this is relatively easy. When things are going poorly, and your mind is flooded with negative thoughts, this can be a challenge. In these moments, think about your day and identify one positive thing that happened, no matter how small. If you can’t think of something from the current day, reflect on the previous day or even the previous week. Or perhaps you’re looking forward to an exciting event that you can focus your attention on. The point here is that you must have something positive that you’re ready to shift your attention to when your thoughts turn negative.

    drain you on a daily basis and prevent you from
    reaching your positivity potential. This gets
    difficult if your good friends are pessimistic and
    unwilling to change, but you need to detach
    yourself from all negativity. Negative people are
    burdens and leaches

  4. Work hard for what you want because it won’t come to you without a fight. You have to be strong and courageous and know that you can do anything you put your mind to. If somebody puts you down or criticizes you, just keep on believing in yourself and turn it into something positive.

  5. I truly believe that everything that we do and everyone that we meet is put in our path for a purpose. There are no accidents; we’re all teachers – if we’re willing to pay attention to the lessons we learn, trust our positive instincts and not be afraid to take risks or wait for some miracle to come knocking at our door

  6. No matter what you’re going through, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel and it may seem hard to get to it but you can do it and just keep working towards it and you’ll find the positive side of things.

  7. If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your best effort, eventually you will overcome your immediate problems and find you are ready for greater challenges.
